Freelancer - under a contract or as an individual entrepreneur?
There is an LLC with which I used to cooperate under a monthly employment contract (not the main place of work), now they offer to cooperate as with an individual entrepreneur.
Googling, preliminary conclusions: for them it is more than 30% cheaper (no deductions as an employee).
And for me?
The costs for individual entrepreneurs on the simplified tax system are as follows: 27990 (compulsory medical insurance and PFR contributions) + 1% of income above 300 thousand + 500 * 12 (bank account maintenance) + 400 * 12 (subscription to online accounting), i.e. about 40 thousand per year, or 3333 rubles. per month
It turns out that if, when working under an employment contract, I received "white and clean" monthly XXX rubles, then when working with them as an individual entrepreneur, I need to conclude an agreement for at least monthly XXX + 3333 rubles in order not to go below the current rate?
On the other hand, when switching to an individual entrepreneur, many advise multiplying the salary by 1.34, and this is already a third more than my above calculations. Is the coefficient 1.34 an "airbag", or have I not taken into account something?

The contract for "monthly xxx + 3333" rubles is much more profitable for both you and the employer. Firstly, if you have a contract for xxx rubles, then you will receive xxx * 0.87. And the employer will still pay 26% of the UST, respectively, for the case of 100k received by you from the employer, you can, as an individual entrepreneur, conclude an agreement with him for (100 / 0.87) * 1.26 = 144k rubles.
Then you will pay 6%, there will be about 135k left, and from this you have to pay your "3333" rubles, in total your benefit is more than 30k.
If you plan to receive more than 466,500 per year, then you still need to add 6% of the simplified tax system for an amount in excess of this.
Regarding banks, there are options without monthly maintenance. Here you need to look more towards the commission for withdrawing funds to the account of an individual, it is usually in percentage terms.
Also, you need to understand that as an individual entrepreneur you do not have paid holidays and sick days.
well, firstly, in addition to taxes, there is also, let's say, a bank account
, there is a little crap with papers, there is reporting,
it's all not free
, I usually charge 50 percent for this
