How to draw up a contract for a designer remotely?

I work as a designer. Now I am registering as a sole proprietor. I work with clients remotely. How to draw up a contract in order to minimize the sending of originals by mail?
As far as I understand, in the usual version, the customer must sign the contract, send me 2 copies, I sign both and return one to him, then the customer must send me acts of acceptance of the transfer of work.

If we are talking about the Russian Federation, then electronic document management is waiting for you in the ranks of its customers. Buy an EDS, issue some kind of Diadoc or something like that and sign acts, contracts, invoices in one click. Forget the word mail.
Or have I misunderstood the problem?

Add to this the notarization of the signature. Not a contract, but a signature.
