Good afternoon.

A familiar Russian German asks to help him make a website.

2 options for events
- take it and give it to freelance
- say that you are busy and bring him together with someone

In the first case, he will pay me, and then I will be a freelancer, but all communication will be through me and responsibility is obtained too.
In the second case, I can ask for a reward for finding a suitable artist and then they will communicate without my participation.

How to make it official? There is no FLP in Ukraine. There is an Estonian e-residency. Through Xolo? Do I need an Estonian legal address or can I indicate my home address in Ukraine?

And where can I find contracts in English? Or do you need to make your own?
