How to download windows client for vmware esxi?

There is a server with vmware esxi, I open https://xxxx/ it seems like a link to download the client should appear, but it opens in the form https://xxxx/ui/#/login and there are no links

What version of esxi? The latest versions seem to have moved away from the view client web interface.
