Monitoring adaptec 6805E controller raid in esxi 5.1?

According to the article , Tyk tried to monitor his raid controller. But I ran into unexpected problems.
I imported the driver for the raid controller into the esxi 5.1 distribution and installed it.
After that I wanted to monitor my raid. I downloaded from the manufacturer's website and tried to install them.
- vmware-esx-provider-arc-cim-provider.vib
- vmware-esx-provider-arcconf.vib
command is:

/tmp # esxcli software vib install -v vmware-esx-provider-arcconf.vib

result :

[VibDownloadError]

I don't understand what the problem is. Maybe someone will notice what I do not see. Thanks in advance.

No such file or directory /var/log/vmware/vmware-esx-provider-arcconf.vib
put a lib on the datastore and specify the path
