How to download Opera browser without built-in Yandex?

I want to download the Opera browser for the USA user, there probably is no built-in Yandex. I tried to do a lot of things (cleared cookies, used VPN, changed the time in the system, etc.), but it doesn’t work - it constantly flips to the Russian version. How can I download the version I need?
