I need to download MS Access in computer science. I don’t want to pay, but from a torrent, etc. does not open anywhere. I downloaded Microsoft Access 2016 Runtime - an error pops up there, if you download MS Access itself, then you need Office itself, and if you don’t pay, I will be sent. Can you help?

Ask a teacher where you should get a paid program...
If you really need it, you can download a broken version, for example, on rutracker org
