I really like their approach to teaching.
They issue their certificate. In general, on their website it is written what statutory documents they have, when concluding a training agreement, you will also see who their leader is, what company, then you can already break through the authorized capital, and specific licenses, and areas activities.

This type of activity (educational services) now definitely needs a license.
It is better to choose ANO (Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization) as the organizational and legal form.
In principle, a license is not expensive, but troublesome. It will be necessary to show the availability of space (owned or rented) for training.
But now you can really "quietly" :)
