Where can I find information that will help me move to the next level?

Good day!
I'm working with two friends on the same web project that's growing pretty fast. I'm a php programmer (like the other guy), but I also maintain the server, and the second designer. We rent a VPS server on DigitalOcean (8gb memory, 4core processor, 80gb ssd disk), but we already understand that this will not be enough in the next month.
Of course, you can buy a more powerful VPS, but we are launching a new service that will require many times more disk space, because. many videos will be stored and processed.
We thought about it and decided to buy our own server, not very cool, but for a start, so that it would be enough. Somewhere up to 100,000 rubles. But where to store it? We do not have a stable and powerful channel in our office. I heard that you can place it in some DC ...
And if I need another server, for example, for files, how to access it from another server, in order, for example, to upload a file uploaded through a web form on the site ...
Please show an example of a good ready-made server for a website up to 100k rubles for the first time, and at the same time a good server for storing a bunch of videos (the budget is about the same). I'd love links to where to buy them.
Prompt good articles on these topics, please.
Maybe this will help, we use the following technologies: ubuntu server, php-fpm, nginx, memcached, PostgreSQL

The service is called kolokeishin, in any DC or on the technical site of any provider. If there are several servers, then they can be combined through a separate network interface that does not look at the world and on which traffic will not be counted, the service is called interconnect. Of the servers, I advise you to take it right away with a sane IPMI, so as not to go to the DC for every trifle and be able to reinstall the OS, reboot by power or something else without lifting your ass out of your chair, so it’s better to take a branded server, self-assembly is difficult to manage remotely. Of the brands, I personally like Dell servers the most, because. I personally like iDrac more than any of the IPMI implementations, iLO is not bad for HP, the supermicro is convenient, but the quality of the hardware is not very good there. This model fits into your budget www.dell.com/us/business/p/poweredge-r520/pdI consider it one of the successful and well extensible, if performance is not enough.

The last thing a software company should do is become a hardware company, given that server rentals are cheap these days.

Take this server, it will already be in the data center.
