How to download files directly to the cloud?

Good afternoon. Please tell me how to implement the following task:
there is a Yandex disk cloud storage and the files I need that are stored on other cloud storages (that is, there are links to the materials) I need to download these materials to my Yandex disk. all material is 1 TB, and therefore I really don’t want to download all this to a computer and then upload it to the cloud. is there any solution? Thank you

If memory serves, then the maximum file size on the J.disk is 10 GB and it is possible to download immediately to the disk only what is already in it.
