How to display a video from Yandex disk on your website?

Good afternoon, I'm trying to place on my site a video posted on the user's Yandex disk.
If you specify a public link to a video in the iframe's src attribute, the iframe is empty, but if you specify a download link in the same iframe attribute, the video starts downloading. How to display a file in the player?

Elementary, I have been hosting my videos for the site on Yandex disk for a long time.
1. Add a video
2. Get a link
3. Open the Yandex player using the link
4. Right-click to help "View code"
5.
6. Insert the code on the site. If you need to set the size of the video, the default is 100%

In Yandex player, the code is always changing. So after a while the video stops working in it. I prefer to use players from YouTube, classmates and VKontakte. On these players I have made a whole online cinema for watching movies: onlymovie.ru
