Input: I'm an individual entrepreneur on PSN. There is a permanent customer with whom the contract is concluded. Payment is received in dollars at the end of each month based on an invoice with the specified number of hours worked. Each incoming payment goes through currency control, to which I attach an invoice as a supporting document.

At the end of the year, the customer decided to please me with a prize.

Question: how to document this award? If I receive a payment from the customer, I will need to document this to the currency control.

Options that come to mind:

1. Draw up an additional agreement with the customer and show it to currency control. Indicate in it something like "The customer has the right to encourage the Contractor with a bonus at any time in the amount of any amount." Only, I'm afraid, such a too vague wording will be rejected by the bank.

2. The customer shall issue a one-time order for the payment of the premium, indicating the amount and date. Weaknesses: It's not clear if this will work; if the customer wants to encourage me again, it will be necessary to issue an order again.

3. Wait until the end of the month and simply include the bonus in the invoice at the end of the month, increasing the number of hours worked. Cons: You have to wait until the end of the month.

Well, there was also the second line with PHP development, the price of an hour and the number of hours. There were no questions from VK in the Module.
I see no reason why not to issue a separate invoice for the award only, if you want to receive it as a separate transfer.
