I have never come across it before, please tell me if I have an application in which users pay me money for certain virtual services through payment systems or by transfer to a bank card, do I need to register for this IP or is it only after a certain amount? Do I need to somehow register the application, etc.?
Please answer in general terms and point in the right direction. I didn’t manage to find it in Google right away, because. I'm not sure I'm phrasing correctly.
