Upwork and withdrawal of rubles?
Hello everyone
Upwork has added the function of withdrawing funds in rubles to a local bank account.
There are several questions
1) Should this work for IP? If so, which account type should I choose when adding this payment method: individual or corporate?
2) Which bank is better to choose so that there is no correspondent commission? Although, in fact, there is already an intermediary bank from the side of the upwork, which will convert dollars into rubles and everything seems to be $0.99 for this
3) Will there be currency control? Here is what I found on the website of one bank, I don’t know if it’s just their private requirement or a norm of the law: “Transfers of residents of the Russian Federation in foreign currency, as well as transfers in rubles of the Russian Federation with the participation of non-residents of the Russian Federation, are subject to currency control.”
UPD:3) There will most likely be currency control, despite payments in rubles: www.moedelo.org/Manual/Page/valjutnij-kontrol-i-pa...

If anyone is interested, here I compared the USD to RUB exchange rates for today (2017-11-04):
Wherein:
Those. in my case, the option with an intermediate transfer from Upwork to PayPal turned out to be more profitable than a direct transfer from Upwork to the bank.
I tried to add my debit account in Sberbank, filled everything out (Account Type: Individual) and this is what he gave out:
Due to US government regulations, this payment method cannot be added. Please add a payment method that complies with US legal requirements .

what's wrong? Or Sberbank under sanctions like? )
Since currency control is applied anyway, I have only one main question: will their previously unknown conversion rate beat the saved $39 transfer fees.
I called the currency control of Avangard Bank and received the following information:
If the transaction is not certified, the money immediately goes to the ruble account, a certificate of currency transactions is not provided and therefore there is no commission for the certificate (in Avangard it is 300 r), but there is a currency control .
If passportized, then a certificate is provided, as for dollar transfers.
