How to distribute Yota Internet over a local network?

Good afternoon, there is a local network of 4 computers (1 pc with Windows 7, 3 pcs with WinXP) connected via LAN to a Dlink DIR-100 router and there is a Yota USB modem.
The modem is connected to a computer with Windows 7, how to distribute the Internet to other computers over the network? Is it possible?
