Micro USB (Yota) to Ethernet

I wanted to know if someone has experience in connecting the yota whistle to the network through a device like this:

This type is a USB device, not a host, as written on the case (used with OTG devices). Then no. There is no USB host. As, however, there is no food and much more.

gee ... in general, this thing from the picture is stupidly soft lan-> usb ... if you plug this usb into a whistle ... then nothing will happen :)
