Availability of individual servers through Yota?

Recently, we have received complaints from some customers about the fact that our site takes a long time to open and, in general, the service itself is very slow, nothing is functioning normally. At the same time, other sites open quickly. We asked clients to ping, there were no losses, the response time was within the normal range, but the trace was a little strange:

The most interesting thing is that in fact our site opens perfectly ( consultsystems.ru) and everything works fine. We tried to connect Yota in the office, everything opens well with us, without delays. Therefore, most likely the problem is on individual towers. This situation is observed not only in Moscow, but also, for example, in Novosibirsk.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Does yota have any restrictions?
If you are currently connected via Yota, please write down how well the site opens, it is advisable to make a trace. The servers are located on hetzner.de, but we tried to make a proxy through the Moscow server, everything is the same.
UPD: Disabling keep-alive seems to have helped. Thanks Antelle for the tip.

Yota SPb, there is a problem. Same as described here .
Infuriates terribly, but they say they understand.
In Samara, with Yota, everything (the above site and its servers in the Hetzner data center) opens perfectly.
