How to distribute wi-fi internet via LAN via adsl router from PC to laptop?
There is a PC (win 10) with incoming usb, wi-fi (awus036h) internet. A wire from an adsl router (dlink 2640u) is inserted into the ethernet port of the PC, with wi-fi configured via dhcp. Purpose: to set up Internet on another computer (laptop) via a router (2640u). Details: there are no wires to connect computers directly, on a win10 laptop, but its built-in wifi adapter is faulty, virtual programs do not want to be friends with awus036h, which they have not tried. Difficulties encountered: I can’t figure out how to make all this work, in particular, how to configure wan port 2640u.

RB931-2nD - 20 American presidents. It is in the role of a wifi client, your dlink is in it with dhcp turned off and forward. It is possible without a link, but messages slipped that it was not possible to accept on 2.4 as a client and on the same 2.4 to distribute on some specific pieces of iron / firmware versions.
Sorry, I forgot to say on the laptop the Internet is accepted by tplink wifi flash drive
you put a computer with an Internet statics.
where in the "network control center" you configure the computer as a gateway.
you put on a computer on which you need an Internet IP mask and a gateway (a computer with an Internet). you do this through the prescription of statics or diashsipi.
It's just not clear to me why to fence such a garden? Can't a router distribute internet? Why did you connect the PC (win 10) to the router twice and connect it again via Wi-fi? The Internet should come to the router, configure the router with the requirement of your provider, from it you connect a laptop with a USB_wi-fi whistle via Wi-fi, that's it, there should be no more problems. The Internet should be both on a PC with Win10 and on a laptop, which is hooked up by a waffle whistle. In the admin panel of the router, the MAC addresses of the connected devices should be visible.
