How quickly will access to resources be blocked for a blocked AD account?

Hello. Tell me, how quickly will access to various resources be blocked for a newly blocked domain user account (AD Win 2008 R2)? Specifically, the following resources are of interest:
- balls:
- if something big has already begun to download from under a blocked account, will the download be interrupted (the blockage occurred during the download)?
-- if authentication on the share has already taken place, then the account is blocked, can the user continue to download new files, make changes to the share, or just climb the share?
- tmg -- will sessions of an already connected user be interrupted immediately?

The account is locked instantly (there is a subtlety - problems with replication may not allow locking on a remote site, sometimes on a neighboring controller).
Access to resources:
- balls:
- "something big has already started to download" the download will not be interrupted
- "if authentication on the ball has already occurred, then the account was blocked" will be able to.
- tmg -- "whether the sessions of an already connected user will immediately be terminated" no.
And what, actually, hinders to check up?
