How to display the change user button?

In order to prevent user accounts from being displayed in the start menu, the following changes were made in the registry editor:
the HideFastUserSwitching parameter in the subkey HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System was set to 1. After that, the accounts did not show up, but along with them, the button to change the user on the lock screen has ceased to be displayed. And now, when a PC is locked, only the user logged in can unlock it, and in order to switch to another account, you must restart the PC. Please tell me, is there any solution to hide users and not remove the "change user" button from the lock screen?
