Blue screen of death, what to do?

Good afternoon! I was talking on Skype last night. First, a few green stripes appeared on the screen, and then a blue screen appeared. I immediately turned off my laptop. Thought overheated (already was similar). This morning I turn it on, and when I boot up after the inscription "welcome" a blue screen appears
, and then the laptop restarts. Only enters Windows in safe mode.
Please tell me how can I fix this. The first time I encounter. Now I will attach a photo of the blue screen.
