Good day) Can someone tell me how to display one product in two catalogs without duplicating the product itself (so that everything is correct in the search)?

So it works out of the box. Specify several sections for the product in the admin panel and all standard components show it in these sections. Yes, and non-standard, too, should.

Enable the option in the infoblock "Allow selection of the main section for binding. ". By doing this, you specify the main link of the product for search engines (rel canonical). That's all. The header should display a rel canonical with the link you chose in the product card.
If it didn't show up in the header, try adding <?$APPLICATION->ShowLink("canonical", null, true);?>
