How to display data assigned to the user 1s?

Good afternoon, newbie in programming in particular 1C. Previously worked, but the web. Tell me how to display data in 1s that are assigned to him. For example, a manager sells goods, and he sees only his shipments, he does not see the shipments of other managers, and his manager sees statistics for all managers. If I wrote queries to SQL, then it would be very simple to pull out information by its ID, but in 1s, as I understand it, I cannot attach a user to a document. Or maybe there are some built-in restrictions. Tell me please.

@Mi11er

in general, queries are the same as SQL.
you have a user, then left join and that's it =)
Here you just need to learn 1C queries =)

Behind the web??? :)
Depends on configuration. In older versions, the seller indicated his manager and only he saw his documents (among other managers, and the bosses and bukhs saw everything). Then, in other 1C solutions, segments of buyers and other mechanisms were made.
You need to decide on the visibility rules - only for authorship, only for authorized counterparties, only for the sale of its division or direction. And then look - if there is already a ready-made mechanism, then use it, otherwise - develop it.

There is an opinion that we are talking about setting up RLS, which is in typical configurations from 1c. For example, in trade management there are access settings by counterparties, by nomenclature, by organizations, by warehouses, etc.
Read the help for your configuration.
