How to transfer data from 1C ZUP to SCP?

Good afternoon everyone!
I’ll warn you that I myself am not a specialist in 1C, a different profile, but sometimes it turns out to correct something in the work ...
The organization has Bukh 7.7 and ZUP 2.5 on the 8.3 platform.
From the new year, we plan to switch completely to SCP 1.3 (8.3) and conduct accounting and personnel in it.
We will fill the accounting department with our hands from scratch. in 7.7, previous accountants have done so much that it's easier to throw everything out and start over.
But what about frames? Transfer all data from the ZUP to the SCP or just some leftovers and some kind of "movement" for employees? How to do it right?
What tools to use (there are ITS), what would you recommend?
For those 2 years that the ZUP was conducted, there were not many employees, no more than 200 people. Only 50 are alive at the moment.
Releases of all configurations are up-to-date and standard. In addition to SCP, where two small registers are added to the certification of nomenclature and production, but the configuration is updated without problems by regular means.
Management, as always, is strangled by a toad to pay external contractors, but it needs to be done yesterday ... :(

Usually balances are transferred by registers + all personnel orders marked "transferred from the old database (there is a special props)". You can transfer through the universal data exchange, you can search the exchange rules on the Internet, perhaps someone has already dealt with this task. If they are not there, then you will first have to write data exchange rules through the data conversion configuration.
