Why does 1C require a license after loading the database through the configurator?

The essence of the question is as follows:

There is a licensed version of 1C: simplified version, platform version 8.3, I am creating a new database and can work with it calmly. Next, I want to load into it the database that I received from the outsourced accountant, namely the file with the .dt extension.
I launch the configurator of the newly created database, click Administration -> Load database, after which it performs its manipulations and says it's ready, restart the configurator. (If you agree, then it restarts, if you refuse, it simply closes). After that, I launch either the database or the configurator, but in any case, the program requests a license with a 15-digit pin code (it just won’t work anymore), while I have a 16-digit one and a completely different form for entering. Help me figure out why this is happening, is the database created under some other configuration or something else?

1C: Simplification is essentially the same basic version of 1C: Accounting.
If your file with the .dt extension was uploaded from the PROF version, then after downloading the program should have asked for a 15-digit pin code to obtain a PROF license, because. the license you have from 1C: Simplified does not allow you to work with copies of databases from PROF.
If you need to work with this database temporarily, then you can try uploading the database to the cloud - many 1C cloud providers (the same 1C: Fresh for example) provide access to cloud 1C for free for the first month.
If you need to work with this database further constantly, then you can try to convert it from PROF to the basic version, but only on condition that the configuration is typical and the account was kept on behalf of only one organization.
If you plan to continue working with an accountant remotely, then I advise you to completely switch to cloud accounting - in this case, you will no longer need to deal with nonsense with uploading / downloading databases and mismatching versions and licenses. The cloud version allows several remote users to work with the same database at the same time, for example, managers in the office can write out primary documents, and at the same time the accountant can go about their business, no one will interfere with each other and all data will enter the database in the mode online.
Still, of course, there is an option to buy a PROF license, but you have to look at the situation.
