How to "link" Python with 1C?

Greetings,
I have a task, I need to process the data in Python, which I pull through requests in 1s.
Can I use which connectors to connect to 1s, execute a request there and transfer it to the Python list ...
So far, I haven’t found anything like this on the Internet. It would be cool to implement this
