How to display an infoblock element in several sections?

There is an infoblock with employees.
Displayed using bitrix:news on one page.

There are 2 sections in the infoblock, one of the employees is attached to 2 sections, but is displayed in only one.
In the admin panel, the employee is located in both sections.

In the section, it is displayed only in one place:

Bitrix has the concept of linked sections, there may be several of them, as in your case. And there is also the main section of the element - it is always one. Probably at you the filtration is made according to the second variant.
