How to develop frontend on Vue using Bitrix Framework?

1. There is bitrix-cli, bitrixframework, I also heard about "B24". Is it about the same thing? Tell me in a nutshell what this framework does? I heard that it is somehow connected with PHP. 2.

Question: How to integrate Vue there?Of course, there should be some places where to insert html or entire pages and you can just write cdn -version of Vue. But this is not serious, I need a full-fledged Vue-cli with all the consequences (Vuex, Router, third-party libraries). How is it done?

Bitrix Framework is a php framework on which 2 products are built: Bitrix24 (or B24) and Bitrix Site Management (or BUS).
Bitrix24 is a CRM system, while BUS is a CMS for building websites.

Onlyoffice is described much worse.
