How to display a set of dots on the screen and simulate keyboard and mouse events on them?
Tell me how / by what means to implement the idea.
It is necessary to mark key points on the screen (circles / crosses) and send events from the keyboard and mouse to them. The idea of a transparent window came first, the window is superimposed on another or others, points are drawn on them in a transparent layer, but ... events will go to the upper (transparent window) and I need events to be emulated for the lower (active) receiver window.
While I do not even know where to dig? Give direction. Implementation language is desirable C++, ready to consider JAVA C#

The Automatic Mouse and Keyboard software will do just fine with this.
He implemented automation on it himself.
