Hello. Most recently, I switched to completely dark themes in all programs + using a browser extension, I made all sites in dark colors so as not to plant my eyes with bright white.
But a difficulty arose, the background of the tables in EXCEL became dark due to the theme for Windows 7, which is not very suitable for me. The question is how to disable the use of Windows 7 theme settings in MS Office products?

To be honest, you are approaching the wrong side of caring for your eyes.
The main task is to reduce the difference between the brightness of the monitor screen and the environment.
