Is it possible to run system recovery from a hard drive?

Hello, I have an asus x551m laptop. I
updated its bios to the latest version - 513 in order to install windows 7.
After that, when booting, the laptop shows a blue screen with the following text:
RECOVERY
Your PC needs to be repaired
when I boot from a windows 7 flash drive - A required device is't connected or can'be accessed
When trying from disk - application or operating system could't be loaded becouse required file is missing or contains errors.
File:\Windows\system32\winload.efi
Error code: 0xc0000255
You need to use recovery tools on your installation media.(disk or usb device)
at the moment there is no disk or usb with recovery utility available. I just know that on a separate partition of the hard disk there is a cast of the system in the Recovery partition. The
question is, what can cause this error - an incorrect installation / update of bios or some other? Bios downloaded from asus off site.
And also is there any way to restore the system without using recovery usb, because now there is no way to write it down?

@gbg

You need a GRUB4DOS bootloader. With it, you can mount the desired partition, and then build the desired boot sequence and start recovery.
