How to disable safe eject in sleep mode?

The hard drive is installed instead of cd-rom in the laptop, I often use sleep mode. After the laptop wakes up from sleep mode, a message pops up that it was not possible to safely remove the device. And the disk does not work, in order for the disk to work, you either need to go to sleep again or reboot. How to deal with it?
