How to disable remote gateway in VPN on Mikrotik?

Hello, I recently set up l2tp vpn on Mikrotik, users connect normally and see computers on a remote network, but if you uncheck the "gateway on a remote network" checkbox, they can no longer connect to computers on a remote LAN. What needs to be done to make everything work without this daw?
