How to merge two MikroTik routers?

Good day! There are two MikroTik routers ( RouterBOARD 2011UiAS-2HnD-IN and RouterBOARD 750 ) with RouterOS v6.18 on board. Both have a static IP, but the 750th is behind NAT. I thought to combine via OpenVPN, but they write that I won’t get good speed.
Question: what type of VPN to choose for such a scheme?
PS In the future, it is planned to connect several more networks by 2011.

if mtu reduction does not hurt - ipip is almost perfect
if you need l2 and / or a large mtu - eoip
PS looked - 750 behind NAT :-(
if you forward ports / protocols, only dynamic
l2tp without ipsec, or as an option ipsec tunnel with null and nat-t
