How to disable Remote Debugger when debugging x64 asp.net?

Today I witnessed another cretinism on the part of MC, it turns out that x64 debugging is carried out using Remote Debugger. Even though I'm debugging code locally! Everything would be fine, but this terrible crap often crashes due to some kind of errors, and from time to time it loads all four cores of my core i7 at 100%. Who faced this crap, tell me how to turn it off? Or tell me if there are alternative debuggers?
