Is it possible to describe the data model using YAML, JSON or other things in c#?

Is it possible to create dynamic data models for asp net mvc using YAML, JSON or something else? So that you can change the model on the go without getting into the code, in order to make a field designer. Or maybe there is something worth looking at, tell me in which direction to look.
