How to disable local windows font in web development?

Windows has a huge number of fonts from Google, and every time you just get bored of deleting them. Maybe there is some recipe to disable the font that is installed in windiws during web development?

Why make a site with a certain font if you later want to disable it somehow (why)?
Everything should work for both you and the client the same way.
And this will only happen if you upload the font to the project folder and correctly write the path to it in css.
