How to organize a corporate document storage?

Hello!
The task is to organize a file storage that will allow:
1. differentiating access of domain users to certain folders;
2. keep a history of changes to files (who and when changed the file) and folders, keep a history of versions;
3. NTLM authentication is required both via smb and http;
4. the possibility of publishing a document on the global network.
Of course, all this should be implemented as simply as possible for users, respectively, SVN and other client-side goodies will not work
... We work in a specific industry. Only local storage.

owncloud - solves everything except smb access (but you can connect via webdav
) And it's completely free.

There is an idea for an implementation based on Solaris. Everything is clear with the ball, but here's how to implement change tracking + version history...

Look towards sharepoint server.
1. There is access control.
2. There is versioning of files.
3. There is NTLM authentication.
4. There is a publication.
For the convenience of users, you can map a network drive (webdav).
