How to disable disk in bios?
There are 2 disks, on the first Windows, on the other Linux. Where .. sorry :), when I go to the first one, I don’t see the second disk and vice versa. And so that it is completely inaccessible disk, ie. switched off.
I'm not an expert in Ubuntu and I understand that you can do things for one or two. I want to secure the main system.

It depends on whether your BIOS can do it. Usually BIOS for desktops / laptops do not know how to do this. Moreover, the bootloader is most likely installed only on the first disk, and without it, Ubuntu simply will not start.
