How do I put a new hard drive into an old IBM storage system?

There is a rather old (2008 year) IBM DS4700 storage system (p/n 181470H).
This system worked for many years and, in general, there were no complaints about it, it did its job.
And then the hard drives began to fail. Considering the age, it's pretty normal.
We buy an officially compatible hard drive and try to replace the faulty one. And here we are in for a hard bummer: an Uncertified Drive error. The storage system firmware needs to be updated.
IBM's policy is such that downloading the firmware without having a valid contract for those. support is not possible.
In general, of course, this is nonsense. I don't need any new functionality. I just want to repair the system.
Directly IBM does not sell support contracts, and I'm sure they are expensive. Distributors have not been able to say anything for several weeks now. Tolley the system is too old, or something else ... :(
What to do, gentlemen? What to do? Maybe someone has a firmware?
