How to disable code auto formatting in phpStorm 2020.2?

After a fresh update of phpStorm to 2020.2, auto formatting will be applied to all files if the file is open for a while. I've looked through all the settings and can't find where to turn it off.
Does anyone know where this setting is?

It's all PHP CodeSniffer's fault. After disabling it, auto-formatting stopped working.
It worked even if it was not added to File Watchers.
