Why doesn't phpstorm find the network drive?

For some reason, phpstorm stopped seeing the network drive with my working project. Although, as you can see on the screenshot, I can open it on a computer. If you open the project through sublime text, for example, then everything works. How can this be fixed?

The storm is started from the Administrator, and the disk is screwed from other user.
