Why does WebStorm underline document, window and the like?

WebStorm suddenly started underlining similar constructs marked "unresolved variable or type". This has not been observed before. Who will explain the reason for this behavior?

File -> Settings -> Languages & Frameworks -> Javascript -> Libraries

- check the boxes for HTML and HTML5.

I was helped by running the command through the shortcut "invalidate caches / restart"
File ->Keymap->invalidate caches / restart
