Datagrip in Webstorm or Phpstorm?

I saw on the site that datagrip is built into the ide from jetbrains, but did not find it in webstorm. But phpstorm has it. And in general, should I, as a js developer, switch to phpstorm? Does it support js syntax?

WebStorm is stripped down accordingly and cheaper than PHPStorm, yes it does support JS syntax.
