Now, if the payment system is used Cashless payment , after placing an order, the client can immediately print the invoice and pay for it.

However, in our case (I think this is also the case for many IMs), the manager must first check the availability of the product and its quality, adjust the invoice, and only then issue it.

On one of the sites made on Bitrix, I saw that this is possible - the pay button also appears - but it is inactive until their manager checks and attaches the invoice manually, after that a letter arrives with an invoice, you can pay for it, you can in your personal account click on the previously inactive button to pay - after which the download of the invoice for payment will begin.

In Bitrix, it seems, from the 17th version there is a setting that allows payment only from a certain status.
The option called "Status from which you can pay for the order" is located in the settings of the Online Store module.
