How to disable auto-installation and auto-update of drivers when installing and updating a Windows 10 system?

How to make sure that after installing the system, drivers are not automatically installed during the update? I want to manually install the original drivers and so that these drivers I installed do not automatically update.

1. When installing the system, do not connect the computer to the network
2. In the network properties, turn on "set as a limited connection"
3. In addition to "Limited connection", perform the following settings:
1) Settings-Update and security-Windows Update-Advanced settings.
"When updating Windows, get updates for other products..." - DISABLED.
"Download updates via metered connections..." - DISABLED.
2) Settings-Update and Security-Windows Update-Advanced Settings-Delivery Optimization.
"Allow downloads from other computers" - OFF.
3) Settings-Update and Security-Windows Update-Advanced settings-Delivery Optimization-Advanced settings.
Set traffic limits for system updates.
