How to disable auto-enable proxying and redirect https to http on cloudflare?

I use cloudflare as dyndns for my home server. When the IP changes and the site is not available for some time, proxying through cloudflare is automatically turned on and at the same time redirecting https to http. I turn off proxying, clear the cache, but for some time the site is still not available - too many redirects.
When going to http, my nginx server redirects to https, and when going to https, cloudflare redirects to http. This goes on for a while and then goes away on its own.
