How to solve cloudflare https certificate issuance issue?

Add a site to the Cloudflare panel (free tariff), enable the https version. Writes "Pending Validation" (the certificate is issued) for 2 days. I add another domain - everything works.
Who faced? How can the problem be solved?
PS All data for verification is registered.

Cyrillic domain names are not supported.

Write to support, it is quite possible that the domain was phishing and ssl is not being created, so only support is here
