Should DNSSEC be enabled?

Quite a noob question.
If I enable DNSSEC for my site in the CloudFlare panel, will it affect compatibility with non DNSSEC resolvers?
Is it possible that someone will not be able to access the site because of this?

They wanted to connect it on their site, but it turned out that the com.ua domain does not support this technology. Also, according to the articles, some users (due to unreliable providers) may not see such sites. Correct me if wrong.
