How to set up mail via dns VestaCP?

Good day.
There is a purchased domain from provider No. 1. There is also a VDS with VESTACP from provider No. 2. DNS is configured, the site opens by domain. But there is a problem with mail, letters are not accepted and not sent.
In VestaCP, I created a domain with the same name as provider #1 (let's call it domain.ru). In the same place I created an account with the name [email protected]
Created an entry in DNS hosting: domain.ru name, mx.domain.ru content. Created an SPF record: domain.ru name, content v=spf1 ip4:1.1.1.1 a mx ~all
Created DKIM, received private key and public key. Registered DKIM in a domain host.
But mail worked.
Tell me, please, what could be the problem, how can it be solved?

Cool, that is, you allowed sending letters from your domain to address 1.1.1.1 and all A records)

I haven't worked with VestaCP for a long time)
1. I hope 1.1.1.1 is a fictitious ip address. There should be a white ip address
issued by provider No. 2.
2. You need to add an MX record to DOMAIN.RU. those earlier, in ancient times))), it was necessary to register two records under MX: DOMAIN.RU and MX.DOMAIN.RU with different priorities (the first one has a smaller number). Meaning: There is [email protected] mail servers. correct, they start looking for DOMAIN.RU by A and MX, but we have hostname MX.DOMAIN.RU.
Can VestaCP automatically register? I do not remember.
3. Testing. We create 2 users [email protected] and [email protected] and try to send mail to each other. Preferably from under VestaCP. Then send test letters to other addresses.
4.

Unable to authenticate at present: authentication socket connection error
Maybe the mailer was created but not launched, and also, look at the account parameters: hostname, port, encryption .... I hope you really do not have a 1.1.1.1 ip address. )))
